Many of our partners told us they wanted a more flexible way to add customers without relying exclusively on file uploads. In response, we’ve enhanced the AUTOBoarding tool to better support the way your team actually work.

Making it Easier to Add New Customers
The updated AUTOBoarding experience allows partners to add one or more customers directly within the tool, without uploading a file. Users can now manually enter key customer details, including:
- Customer email address
- Organization name
- Account number
Adding multiple customers is just as easy. With a simple “add another row” option, additional customer entries can be created in seconds.
Importantly, file uploads are still fully supported. The enhancement doesn’t replace existing workflows—it expands them. Whether you prefer bulk uploads or quick manual entry, AUTOBoarding now adapts to your needs.

Like the latest AUTOBoarding enhancement, the latest Training module enhancement came from an existing uRISQ user. To address this need, we’ve introduced enhanced reporting capabilities within the uRISQ Training module.
This update is designed specifically for training administrators who need clear, actionable insight into training activity and compliance status.

What’s New: Advanced Reporting
The Training module now includes advanced and ad hoc reporting, allowing administrators to quickly generate reports that reflect real-time training activity. These reports make it easier to answer critical questions, such as:
