Empowering the Future: CSR Privacy Solutions Launches Summer Internship Program
At CSR Privacy Solutions (CSR), we are committed not only to helping businesses navigate the complexities of data privacy and cybersecurity, but also to investing in the next generation of innovators. This summer marks an exciting milestone for our company as we officially introduce our first-ever internship program, designed to provide students with meaningful, real-world experience in technology including artificial intelligence (AI) use and development, privacy, cybersecurity, and business.
CSR provides data privacy and cybersecurity compliance solutions tailored for small-to-medium businesses (SMBs). Through our integrated uRISQ platform, organizations receive the tools and professional support needed to manage Personally Identifiable Information (PII), respond to data breaches, and remain compliant with evolving regulations. Interns participating in the program gain exposure to these critical areas by learning how privacy policies are developed, how cybersecurity risks are assessed, and how businesses proactively strengthen their data protection strategies through threat monitoring, vendor assessments, and employee training. This hands-on experience allows students to better understand how privacy, cybersecurity, and business operations intertwine in today’s digital world.

By working alongside our team interns gain insight into how organizations implement data protection strategies and maintain compliance in an increasingly digital world. The program is designed to deliver a structured, hands-on experience that builds technical understanding, analytical thinking, and professional confidence.
As part of this inaugural program, we welcomed its first intern, Rocco Bianco, a rising senior in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program at William T. Dwyer High School. Rocco represents the type of motivated and forward-thinking student this internship program is designed to support—students eager to explore emerging technologies and gain meaningful exposure to industries shaping the future.
